"I went to three State Farm offices in Gresham. Bait and switch Joe’s office was the absolute worst! I asked to speak with the agent.. I got the lady that called herself the manager. “You don’t get to choose how much you can afford and then we find an insurance that fits you. That isn’t how this works.” “It’s not that you’ve been accident free for 4 1/2 years (when you were rear-ended) (and accident free 20 years before that). It’s that it starts over when you come back to State Farm.” The office manager Thank you, State Farm. Thank you for the lesson. just a couple of the things to inform you as the consumer. Do NOT! solicit my business again EVER! I was Email solicited and put through a roller coaster for no reason. With no solution offered. EVER!!! Edit after response: my eight year-old daughter was with me. My rates increased after solicited quote. my rates increased again less than a week AFTER I signed. I terminated the policy immediately."
